O'Nuda! wants you to shop with confidence, our guarantee means you can return any new, unused product that you didn't love (like we do:) within 14 days of receipt. Don't worry, we wont ever charge a restocking or replacing fee.
How to return
If you initially purchased less than $45 and paid the shipping, please ship out collect , O'Nuda will pay the return shipping fees. Please email us with why you are not happy and for instructions on how to return. As the designer behind my brand I really need to know the why!

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Parcels
Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit less initial shipping & return shipping costs, given there was no error made on our end.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
If requested prior to order processing, we can add items to your order or modify colour selections of order items. Please shoot us an email for order modifications.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery for a full refund; orders shipped within 30 days of delivery will be issued store credit. After 30 days of delivery, all orders are final sale.
LOST PARCELS
If your order is deemed lost, we will issue a re-shipment.
Kindly note that O'Nuda! is not responsible for parcels scanned delivered that cannot be located. Porch Piracy has increased as of recent and we recommend filing a report with your local Police Station after checking with house members & neighbors.
