This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@ohnuda.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
PROCESSING TIMES?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, with an influx of orders, processing can take 3-5 business days (rare).
DUTIES & TAXES?
Orders shipping within North America will not incur any additional duties, taxes, or fees.
O'Nuda! does not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are buyer responsibility; we unfortunately cannot control these fees.
RETURNED -TO-SENDER AND REFUSED PARCELS?
Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit less initial & return shipping fees, given there was no error made on our end.
ORDER CANCELLATION?
Given that we work to fulfill orders ASAP, all orders are final (including pre-order). Please ensure you're confident in your purchase before submitting your order.
RETURNS POLICY?
O'Nuda! is happy to offer full returns, less initial shipping fees.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery for a full refund; orders shipped within 30 days of delivery will be issued store credit. After 30 days of delivery, all orders are final sale.
Return shipping is buyer responsibility - please purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier. Kindly note that O'Nuda! is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of wear.

LOST PARCELS?
If your order is deemed lost, we will issue a re-shipment.
Kindly note that O'Nuda! is not responsible for parcels scanned delivered that cannot be located. Porch Piracy has increased as of recent and we recommend filing a report with your local Police Station after checking with house members & neighbours.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?
All creative accent recessed light crowns are made of fortified iron and then they are perforated to different desgins. At the end each is manually dipped/ electroplated into a bath of another metal according to the finish being paint, brass, nickel or bronzs, etc.
The magnets are made of metal as well and will never wear off or go weaker. A magnet will always remain a magnet at the strength it has initially set with. Our super magnets are carfully selected at the highest strength quality to ensure heavy duty performance to grip weights 10 times heavier than our products.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HAND MADE?
Yes! All our products are hand made with love in rural Himalay. We are a female run small business and our products are designed in Canada and imported as we partnered with a manufacturer to design & produce our products.
CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS OUTDOORS?
Yes! Where ever a recessed light is installed you can decorate it with our crowns.
DO THE MAGNETS EVER WEAR OFF?
Never! We have meticoulusly picked the strongest super magnets that hold 10 times heavier weights than our products at any weight they come with < therefore the stability and grip is totally guaranteed. The magnets last as magnets with the same strength as long as the earth revolves around the sun and creates electromagnetic field!
WHAT IF I WANT TO SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
Orders are not shipped with any documentation of monetary value, so gift recipients don't see the cost of goods.
Feel free to add a note at checkout and we'll include a hand-written note for your recipient as you wish!
IS THE GRIP ON THE RECESSED LIGHTS RIMS GUARANTEED?
100% Guaranteed! Infact, it is the genious part of our magnetic system ( currently under patenting process) that a natuarl phenomanon ( magnetic field) which also happens to be envoronmental, is used to create a grip which will last until the earth is live. We ensure you that as it wont heat up through time , it will not lose the strength and therefore stability. Its the reason why we are giving out a LIFETIME WARRANTY on our products.
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY?
Your O'Llumi is covered under our lifetime warranty for as long as you own them. Our warranty covers all problems related to manufacturing defects. If they break under normal use, we'll replace them for you. This warranty doesn't cover lost parts, but drop us a line and maybe we can get you a deal. Also, given the hand made nature of O'Llumi, minor damages like scuffs and tiny scratches or dings are not covered.
